Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is the greatest way to stimulate and improving scalp circulation which in turn helps strengthen and grow hair. By relieving tightness from the jaw and evening facial muscles, energy will increase the circulation and respiratory systems open to provide fresh oxygen to vital organs. It helps strengthen and mobilizes the muscles, tissues and spinal nerves of the head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and upper spine.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage

RLD is a reflexology technique which stimulates the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. This allows the targeting of areas affected by fluid and swelling which may be sore or painful. RLD encourages the flow of fluid through the manipulation of lymphatic reflex points to reduce swelling, clear out toxins and blockages to boost our ability to fight infections.

What to expect and, what is included in a treatment:

Reflexology is a holistic treatment of the Mind, Body and Soul; I also believe input from yourself. Please allow an hour and a half for all first treatments. This time will be used to complete a medical questionnaire, which is strictly confidential, then together we can outline your outcomes/expectations and build a treatment plan. There might also be occasions where GP approval is required before a treatment. The treatment room is private, with central heating and a choice of ambient music. Fresh filtered water is always available and herbal or fruit teas for after the treatment. You will be able to choose between a zero gravity chair or a massage couch on which to relax, both have heated blankets for the winter months. I often advise on wearing comfortable clothing so that you can relax and enjoy the treatment comfortably. Aftercare advice is always discussed or 'homework' as often joked, I have found this supports the treatment and allows you to experience the full benefits of Reflexology.

Payment Methods

Payments for treatments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer in advance.
